The Baker's Table

Wow, this place was recommended to me a while ago and finally had an opportunity to go. Bakers table exceeded my expectations! Very lovely setting with the atmosphere and ambiance; service was outstanding and the bar keep - Jake was beyond fantastic. Provided us with the right balance of communication and privacy; educated us about the menu and restaurant; all and all made our experience memorable. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable but all the staff we interacted with was. The drinks and the food also exceeded expectations and made it a top spot to recommend for anyone in the area. We will certainly be back....the hype is real. Enjoy!

My wife and I recently moved to Northern Kentucky and were absolutely thrilled to discover The Baker's Table in Newport, Kentucky! From the moment we walked in, Rachel, Jake, and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. It's fantastic to find such a wonderful farm-to-table restaurant in our new area. We opted for the Chef's Tasting Menu with the Non-Alcoholic Drink pairing, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Each dish was a unique work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. One of the mocktails, featuring Carrot and Chrysanthemum, was so refreshing and delicious we joked about wanting a whole pitcher to enjoy on our deck at home! While every course was outstanding, the lamb ragu was a definite highlight. The flavors and textures were phenomenal, and the inclusion of what they called "lamb bacon" was truly one of the most delicious things I've tasted in a long time! What we also appreciated was that despite the high quality of the dining experience, the atmosphere was relaxed and unpretentious. Even the background music had songs that made us smile and added an easy-going vibe. The intimate setting made us feel connected rather than lost in a large, bustling space. The staff was attentive and genuinely responsive to our needs. It's clear that The Baker's Table is a business that prioritizes sustainable practices and truly cares about the quality of their ingredients and the people they serve. We loved hearing the stories behind the beverages and the inspiration for each dish, and the fact that the menu changes monthly based on seasonal availability is something we greatly appreciate. Our first experience at The Baker's Table was truly memorable, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly, highly recommended!

Didn't pat for it, so I can not speak on the price, but everything off the menu was good. Drinks were good, too. Easy and quick service. The salmon and beet seems like a weird combination but was surprisingly good. The gnocchi has the best texture. Some of the best gnocchi I've had**. Very light. Steak was good, although I have had better. [Medium Rare] The pumpkin cheesecake was also delicious. Good balance of flavor and not being heavy consideriflng what it is. We celebrated our 32nd anniversary at the Bakers Table during a special pairing dinner event. Everything was exceptional from the food, wine pairing, specialty drinks (shout out to Jacob), intimate atmosphere and personalized service. The staff goes above and beyond perfecting every detail and course. This was our second time dining at this gem. We can’t wait to return!

This was definitely the most unique tasting experience I’ve had in Cincinnati so far. The menu changes weekly and the food combinations are unthinkable. I loved the combination of fats and acids, cool and warm temperature in the individual dishes. Just wow! The service was also very outstanding! Probably the most attentive staff with refills, replacing wine chillers, replacing dropped utensils, clean up and check ins. This is NOT a place for picky eaters and I actually LOVE that!! You get what you get...and you won’t throw a fit...but really...you won’t ;) They kindly decline any menu changes.

We did the duck and Burgundy wine dinner and it was delicious! The food, ambiance, and service was great! We also did the wine pairing and found each of the four wines to be unique and paired well with each food item. I find myself thinking about some of the food still - amazing!

We went for a wine night while on vacation and OMG was so legit. Had the non-alcoholic pairings and was so pleased that the staff put so much thought into a non-alcoholic option (so rare! Thank you!) The food was incredible and such a treat! I wish we had anything even close to this back home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 11/10

We've been to Baker's Table several times and always leave satisfied by the pleasurable dining experience. Their uniquely flavorful seasonal menus, drink pairings, and ambiance are executed hospitably with quality. Shout out to Jake for making good conversation and drink recommendations and the rest of the team for delivering. I would recommend to anyone looking for something different and to be taken care of; as a couple makes for a great date night!
